As stated many times, bMy connection is fine. Works on other sites I go to, but I can not upload anything on flickr. Keeps going quot;bonkquot;/b br /

bI have uploaded files like these two before, never had a problem until now. I use to be on Google Chrome but they screwed up on something when Microsoft or some other company, released this huge virus./b br /

I am using firefox currently until google can fixed something for first time in their life :P/p

pIt was only a few months ago that my a href=http://www.flickr.com/photos/rhoran/322790882/first unit went to shit/a and had to be returned to Microsoft. They sent me a href=http://www.flickr.com/photos/rhoran/344880984/this refurbished unit/a on January 3rd. This refurbished unit seemed to be ok, but barely 3 months later its DOA. So I call Microsoft.br /
br /
bMicrosoft tells me that my warranty ran out on January 27th and I am now liable for all repair work made on this unit. There was no warranty issued for this refurbished unit they sent to me./bbr /

I am waiting on hold at the moment, holding for a manager. Hopefully I'll have a positive answer soon.br /

I spent nearly an hour on the phone, a good 30-40 minutes of which was spent on hold waiting for Himat, the Customer Support Supervisor. Himat told me in no uncertain terms that I was financially liable for the repairs of this unit. This defective refurbished unit they sent me to replace the new unit which was purchased at full price. He kindly offered me a new warranty for an additional cost on top of the repair. I was waiting for him to tell me I was liable for the shipping charges too, but as I didn't take his bullshit offer to pay for the repairs of a defective machine that was previously broken and patched up, talk of shipping charges never came.br /
br /
So yeah, that's it. They're not replacing it unless I pay for the repair. Of course Himat wouldn't estimate repair costs. And the BEST part is that after the repair (which is probably another swap out with a refurbished machine that's being held together with spit and prayers) I would only get a 90 day guarantee, BUT if I've got money flowing out my ass like a fountain, I can purchase a new extended warranty.br /

Between this and a href=http://www.flickr.com/photos/rhoran/424140879/GameStop's little fuckup/a I'm beginning to rethink my hobby.br /

Seriously, my PS2 has lasted me nearly 7 fucking years and it hasn't ever died. Every other console I have is going strong, so WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON, MICROSOFT? Is it too much to ask for a system that doesn't go from golden to shit like Robert Downey Jr out of rehab?br /
br /
Now I have no excuse for not catching up on Okami amp; God of War II, and there's always Super Paper Mario to play. If I ever get a chance to pick up my copy./p
